Dani and Sammy - Legacy Session

Sammy was Dani’s constant for 11 years - her best friend, her calm, her everything.

When Dani reached out, she just wanted to capture this time with him, as he was.

We met at sunrise at Newport Lakes, when everything felt quiet and soft. Sammy had little moments of play with his giraffe and other toys, and then would settle in beside Dani, happy just being there together. At that point, things were starting to change, and their time together felt especially meaningful.

Sammy has since passed, but the way they were with each other in those moments is something that will always stay. I feel really grateful to have met him.
